I know it’s cold but try to start each day with sunlight on your face and a few deep breaths of fresh air. It’ll help you set some focus and start the day on a high!
I can certainly attest to this! Since the start of the month I’ve been going out for a short morning walk around the fields near my house as soon as I’ve woken up, roughly around the same time the sun is rising.
My action today was to make myself go to the gym and do 30 mins flat-out on the cross-trainer even though I have/had a banging headache and a hacking cough. It helped!
