Glad to see you in the community Buck! Monterey is beautiful. I used to regularly show my custom motorcycle builds at the Quail Motorcycle Gathering. One of my favorite places in the country out that way.

@Andy Garrett - That would be huge. Right off the bat, I'd like ask to see if you might be able to do a breakdown on must have/optional software for bidding in this side of the industry. Obviously with custom home/residential, there typically are no civil plans with target elevations. Typically just grade sticks and you're on your own to estimate the material take off and distribution (haul off or balance, or spread on site) . I'd enjoy hearing about your thoughts on software you consider must have vs. ones that are "nice to have" for bidding based on civil sets.
