Hi there! I have three kids - almost 4, 2.5, and 8 months and I’m about 9 weeks pregnant again! I don’t think my pelvic floor is in too bad of shape but I don’t want to wait until it is to learn how to strengthen it! I don’t leak on a regular basis, but if I jump on the trampoline or do jumping jacks without peeing right before it can be hard to hold it in. Also not getting as much out of sex as I used to! This looks like a great place to start! I’ve watched the first couple of videos so far.
