⬆️ UPGRADING TO ANNUAL
Can someone downgrade to monthly after upgrading to annual? If so, I’m assuming they would only be able to do so after 1 year from the annual payment, right?

@Sharif Tabba yes a member can downgrade after upgrading, the change in billing just doesn’t go into effect until the annual membership period is over
Canceling trial consequence
What's the consequence for canceling a free trial? Are members permanently banned from signing up again? Or just banned from getting a free trial again? Does this reset after a certain amount of time?

@Evan Fritts users would not be able to sign up for a second free trial in the same group, but they can still join as a paid member

Annual pricing and your About Page (plus a word of warning)
So how does the new annual pricing option affect your About Page? Does the annual price (limit: $4999) show on your About Page? Depends. The way in which you set this new feature up (or not) will lead to one of three scenarios. ✅ ONE: you offer a choice between monthly and annual. In this case, only the monthly price shows on your About Page as normal. The annual option then appears as an option in a pop-up when your visitor hits JOIN (see first pic, which is incidentally @Bijan Izadi's group.) ✅ TWO: you offer ONLY annual. In this case, the yearly price shows on your About Page (see second pic). ✅ THREE: obviously, if you stay monthly, nothing changes. 🚨 Apparently there's currently a glitch that may mean the system doesn't let you switch back from an annual price point to free. 🚨 Skool's tech gods are aware of this and on the case. 🚨 But if you're understandably tempted to experiment and see how different annual options look, probably best not to do that with a free group right now. UPDATE EDIT: See below for a Skool staffer's comment on the fix. 📢 Will you be adding a new annual option - or even switching to annual only?

Cover photo processing is stuck?
UPDATE -- looks like this is fixed! 🙌🏾 ** Anyone else experiencing this? I'm trying to upload a photo to one of my Calendar events, and after clicking Save, the "processing" button is just stuck there...
