What are your goals with adding more income as a coach? Whatever else you want to share! Here's mine... My name is Kha Tran and I coach Volleyball. I r been coaching since age 19 (I'm 33 now) and currently, I am about a year into my journey. I created a business called Volleyball University where I sell subscription based coaching on an app. Although I'm happy with the progress I've made so far, I still have a ways to go! The goal is to hit 5k months first, then 10k months after that.

I will 100% make a more in-depth training on this but I just wanted to start by saying that if you plan to use social media to boost your coaching income, the follower count IS important. It's not "fair", but it's the truth. A parent or athlete is more likely to go with the coach that has 5,000 followers over the coach with 500. When it comes to being an online coach, it's not about who knows the most, it's about who is the most known. I'll say that again... it's not about who knows the most, it's about who is the MOST KNOWN. As mentioned, I'll create a longer resource on how I grew my Instagram following to 50k and my TikTok followers to 180k in less than a year. But my biggest piece of advice for now is to just START! Create and post some content, even if you think it sucks. You'll learn from it and will only get better over time.

Welcome to The Coache$ Huddle! Let's make sure you are in the right place. This group is specifically for coaches of sports (basketball, volleyball, baseball, tennis, etc) who want to a community where they can learn about or give advice on how to bring in MORE income as a coach. As coaches, we have a very specific set of knowledge and the idea of this group is to help each other leverage that knowledge to find other ways to make money (on top of the coaching we already do). This might be via online coaching, creating an App, structuring group or private lessons, and so on. There are many ways we can leverage the knowledge we have as coaches and this group is meant to serve as both a resource and a community so we can all succeed together. With all that being said, this group is NOT for... - People who coach things outside of sports. Making extra income as a sports coach has unique challenges and we want to be able to be as narrow of a group as we can in order to make The Coache$ Huddle as helpful as possible - People who do not believe in abundance. I personally coach volleyball and use an app to make more income. If other volleyball coaches want to join and do the same, that's okay...because we can ALL win. Yes, they would be competition, but there are hundreds of thousands of volleyball players out there and I can't service them all. Instead, I'll help my "competition" so we can all grow together - Selfish people. The point of the group is to grow together. If you can help, please do! It's okay if you are new and have nothing to offer just yet. You will learn and over time, there will be newer people that you can then help.
