Mittwork Coaching Without having your own gym?
Just curious on if anyone else has the same issues. Background: I love coaching and using the mitts with ammy fighters and normal everyday people that just want a boxing workout but as far as monetizing it for a side job I dont own my own gym and winter is coming here so it would be quite difficult to do outside here. Any tips/ideas? Appreciate it….

Ooh!! I like the underground carpark idea.. As of now i have gone the help the boxing club out route, and now hold classes for the youngsters 14-16 and in return i get to use the club when not in use . However it seems as though i'm gonna also need some ideas to "Fill in the gaps" when the club is in use. thanks for the tips.👍🏾
12 Footwork Drills For Beginners
I am so sorry for the absence the past couple of weeks fam. Here is a quick summary of what your boy has been up to the past two weeks. My partner and I are expecting our first child, so been running back and forth haha We've also recently bought a new home, which we have finally settled into. I don't know about you guys, but I hate moving more than training legs haha My office is all set up now, and we are back on! To express how sorry I am for going "where's Wally" on you guys. Here is a video of the Fundamentals Class we ran with our members. We focused on drills that help their footwork and explained why and when to use them. We are big believers in teaching "Why" & "When"... It helps members understand the "How" much easier. Please note. These drills are in sequential order. So, if you are going to use them for your class or your clients, try keeping them in the order they were recorded. It's a progressional session—teaching skills in bite-size drills. At the end of the video, we tie it all together with a reactive drill. Enjoy!

@Gideon Uelese yeah the phrase "it's a small world" really rings true eh? ...that post about how to approach charging clients was excellent by the way. 🤓
The MINIMUM you should be charging clients..
Understand your numbers! To set your rates as a personal trainer, start by calculating how much you need to make each month. This includes both personal living expenses (rent, bills, food) and business costs (gym fees, equipment, certifications). For example, if you need $4,000 to cover personal expenses and $1,000 for business costs, your total target income is $5,000 per month. Next, figure out how many hours you can realistically train. Let’s say you can train 20 hours a week, which totals 80 hours a month. To find your minimum hourly rate, divide your total monthly target ($5,000) by your available hours (80). $5,000 ÷ 80 hours = $63/hour or per session. Simple way to find your minimum rate. You should NEVER charge less than this.

Yeah, nice one! I like the fact you said "too chicken" I keep asking myself would I pay X amount or can I personally afford X amount. I realise that's the wrong attitude to have but your little tip is an excellent way to put things on perspective. Thanks for this. 👍🏾
