Finding the courage to move
Well,am I the only one who double/tripple thinks it to do sth when the kids are around? I mean,I am in a loop of always overthinking even a simple stroller walk with them cause I am afraid of what to do if they start crying or not like what we do. Unfortunately, I am at a stage of parenthood where I have a lot of night wakings so waking up earlier or staying up late it’s not even possible. Is there anyone else thinking like me? do you have any tips or tricks that have helped you get out of that situation? Let me tell you that every stroller walk is not necessarily bad, I mean there have been plenty of stroller walks where my kids were cooperating greatly, but my mind cannot stop thinking of bad moments that may happen next time…

21-Day Challenge: Day 1!
My goal for the next three weeks is simple - achieve 10,000 steps a day. I'm planning on two walks around the neighborhood a day go hit this goal which won't be easy at all. I'll try and strength train when I can, but walking is my priority. I've never really made it one so I figured now is a great chance to try! What's your goal for the next few weeks?

@Lina Bello what if you started with quick walking for start? I mean it might help you if your workout could be walking for the first week!☺️
21 Day Challenge:Day 1
Ok, daily posts are already a challenge for introverts (like me) but still a wonderful skill to practice in this challenge too!I know that time zone might be different but it is currently 20:25 in the UK right now. Today I just took the time to walk by the river with my baby boys, husband and doggy! Starting slowly!!

Hi everyone! I am Joanna, I am from Greece and I currently live in the UK (until Oct when we return to Greece). I am a mom of two boys (two years apart). I lost myself the first time postpartum and I try my best to not let that happen again this time around (2 months postpartum currently). I try to join baby and mum classes and exercise at home, even with my boys awake (5 am doesn’t work for me atm as I EBF) so as they know that mum needs some time for herself too within the day. I wish to join 5km and 10km races too while still in the UK in autumn! I don’t know how everything will work out when my maternity leave ends, but atm I enjoy every little win!
