My name is Linda, and I am a Chef and Coach who enjoys helping others learn how to nurture themselves back to good eating habits and in developing a healthy mindset for everyday living. I have found throughout the years of research and in talking with others that many people are misinformed. We will not accomplish much in this life with a one mind mindset but instead we are required to work together as a whole to be able to accomplish many things. As well as working alongside with the Laws of the universe to make a difference and live harmonious with nature. I may not resonate with many and that's ok.
