Using AI as a copilot is the way to go!
Google Gemini, have you tried it?
Smooth AI operators, let me know your thoughts on Gemini Advanced, if you tried it. Here's my overview of it: Results: Gemini shuts down and ChatGPT helps me rob a bank?! I ran 6 different tests + 1 trick. And here are the results and my thoughts: 1. Profile Analyzer and feedback. To test vision and logic. This was supposed to be a Grok thing, but that LLM is dead since a long time. And Gemini also failed. Thanks GPT4 for actually doing the job. Easy win...now next test! 2. Research and practical summarization of daily news FIRST win for Gemini! It was good, better than ChatGPT, with better output, faster, more precise, more human-sounding too. 3. The Egg or Chicken test Both win, nice nuanced answers and logic. 4. Ethics and roleplay test. Can we trick the LLMs? Will it help me rob a bank? Winner is ChatGPT?! I'm not going to share the results. I did not expect this to work so well, to do evil. 5. Data Analysis. Simple task to test useful insights: feed it my post data from January, give me tips for growth. We can't upload files to Gemini and even after giving it the link to the document it didn't work. Thank you again ChatGPT for actually doing the job. 6. Write like me. Which one is the best ghostwriter? Gemini crushed GPT. Wow. Gemini speaks ALMOST like a human. GPT was the "exaggerated robo guy" as usual. I was surprised by this. Gemini is better at being human and ChatGPT remains the LLM workhorse. Let me know your thoughts or share it to get more opinions on the big LLM competition.

@David Forer Do you find it less robotic than ChatGPT?
Rob Lennon Content Reactor Beta Reaction
Yo guys. Just got done spending 90 minutes playing with Rob's new SaaS tool for content creation. For anyone who is interested, I laid out step by step how the tool works, my analysis of content quality, and my general thoughts on using AI for content creation. https://satin-shrew-e6f.notion.site/Lennon-Labs-Content-Reactor-Reaction-a888dcb5292b45e2867218a25ccebd8f?pvs=4 I get critical about the results, but not Rob. What he's built is amazing. I just think there's a pretty low ceiling with content quality that you can't crack with templated prompt engineering. To be N of 1, must create N of 1 systems. It's SUPER exciting to be around for the first wave of big innovation with AI, and have no doubt Rob's tool will only get better from here.

Wow, this is a great breakdown, Nathan! Regarding the style, I believe you could get closer to copying the writing style by running multiple agent workflow where one of the agents iteratively assesses the style difference between the initial input and generated output. However, this could get costly on the token end. Can you tell us more about the tool? Haven't heard about it - is there a free version we could try out?

@Nathan O'Neill Thanks for sharing!
Event Summary - Future of Work with Microsoft [2024-02-02]
Hello, Smooth Operators! If you're fascinated by the evolving role of AI in our work, creativity, and daily lives, then you'll definitely enjoy the key takeaways from our latest Roundtable Discussion hosted by @Alex Northstar and @Clintin Lyle Kruger . Here's a comprehensive recap of the themes that emerged, complete with personal anecdotes and professional insights from our great speakers! Space link Whole Microsoft report 1. The Future of Work and AI (00:03:21 - 00:23:17) Speakers: Alex Northstar, Lyle Kruger, Sharon from AI Wonders, Dan Roeder, Matthew Bennett ➀ Alex Northstar kicked things off with insights from a Microsoft paper on AI's impact across sectors, including education, consulting, and office work. He highlighted the paper's insights on the potential for AI to replace creators with data analysts and prompters, emphasizing the need for a shift in skill sets towards critical thinking and AI management. ➀ Lyle Kruger added a global perspective, sharing his experiences from Thailand and highlighting the international concern over AI's impact. He also highlighted a shift in the role of content creators due to AI, from creators starting from scratch to becoming content synthesizers and investigators. He pointed out that AI and other resources can provide a starting point, reducing the intimidation of the blank page and potentially bringing more creators into the field. ➀ Sharon from AI Wonders provided a counterpoint to the idea that AI will replace creators, arguing that humans have always been data analysts in some form and that AI will simply accelerate our information processing capabilities. ➀ Dan Roeder, a special education teacher and music nonprofit runner, shared an educational perspective on AI, suggesting it can be an accessory to learning. He discussed the potential to flip Bloom's Taxonomy, focusing more on creation with AI's help rather than spending excessive time on foundational facts.
