Weekly Challenge
This week is about the community. I want to understand how I can serve you better. Let's imagine I turn this community into a membership 1. What would you need from this group so you would happily pay 50 EUR's a months? Do I have plans to do this? Not necessarily, but I want you to tell me what you'd need from me to invest 50 EUR a month in yourself. Looking forward t your answers :)

I'm in a different group where pay £39 a month. Honestly I don't use it anymore but i still pay, they stopped doing monthly payment and changed to a one of lifetime fee - I think they use the group to funnel people into their £5k coaching course. One thing I love was there was a very active FB communiyt of small business entrepreneurs and you could sound out ideas quickly and get quick feedback. Also they have a verry thorough video library and actionable courses to solve common business problems. Also they do weekly podcasts, and monthly live workshops and an Annual in person conference. They also do monthly group calls were you can have 5 min to ask a question and get advice If you're curious heres a link: https://atomic.site/club/ In summary: actionable step by step guides, an active community, plus facetime with the founders.
Weekly Challenge: The Value of (Creativity)
How do you know you create value for your clients? Do you even know what "value" means to them? Can you express it? Today I want you to explain to me the value you bring to the table for your clients. Here are the rules: 1. It needs to be in a business context. Helping to make brands "look good" is not enough. You need to explain what the value of "looking good" is. 2. I can not be more then 3 sentences. 3. If you need a formula, use this: Problem, Solution, Benefits Looking forward to your posts.

I write a Linkedin newsletter that I also email out. It’s curated content, like and executive summary of the weeks trends in AI, tech and marketing so the whole concept is a weekly roundup. It's slightly tenuously connected to what we do but I hope that positioning myself as a expert in the area of tech and marketing will help win clients in the long run. I doubt creating weekly content on animated content would attract the audience i want. It’s a list of different links, very self explanatory so I actually dont have a welcome sequence email set up - I probably should. I'd recommend anyone else to do it - you can set expectations of the value you will add and do an intro - share your best content so they become trained to opening your emails and after 4-5 value adding emails you can then even introduce how they can buy from you and maybe make some $$$
Weekly Challenge…
If you would write a BUSINESS or SELF HELP book within the next 6 months. — Who would you want to read it. — What would the title be? — What would the subtitle be? — What would be the first step for you to get this started. — Are you actually interested in doing this? Looking forward to your replies.

Improved pricing & process
After having my work session with Marko, I decided to follow his advices: 1- My pricing includes a free architecture & planning session instead of the free estimate. I also dropped the minimum fixed amount to be more flexible. https://www.pragmatic.page/pricing/ 2- The process is now more gradual, after getting in touch, the client gets a free architecture & planning session, afterwards we can build him an initial MVP, and if he wishes to further work with us then we build the full product. https://www.pragmatic.page/how-it-works/ Any feedback is welcome regarding the process and pricing changes. Also I welcome any help/feedback on how to improve this sentence from the homepage: "Start with a free architecture & planning session, then enroll in a monthly retainer within your budget."

@Mourad Hamoud I was thinking the same about the copy actually. There's one typo (comme) and it feels transactional. Deadlines, budgets etc. You'd probably be better off selling the outcomes and goals and the benefit of being a broken-up payments rather than a lump sum. Thanks for sharing.
