Hey , I’m fairly new to a calisthenics focused routine/workout. My reasoning is to get lean and just be more physically and mentally strong. Goals overall is to get to at least 220 . Currently sitting at 250. By February 2024.

I am Artem. I am from Ukraine, although my first language is Russian. Currently studying on the International Foundation Programme Computer Science pathway in Dublin City University. Like Playing/watching/ reading (not so often), as all of you. I am trying to improve myself as whole, but I am a bit lazy.

Training session
How long would you guys take for one calisthenics training session? Also is it a good idea to split the workout with one half strength training with reps and sets and the other half static holds?

Definitely depends, I usually go in order of most difficult to easiest, so I'll always start with my hardest static/dynamic skills then move down the line

hi my name is Islem, i can do 30-40 push ups ,10-15 pull ups (idk if i can call it a good foundation) i want to get stronger and better at calisthenics with the help of this community
