how to change name on EIN?
There is a typo in my name not my business name in the EIN application. I can't file for a new EIN as it is already linked with different account. How can I fix the name typo?

@Paola Moreno If you can afford it just hire any US certified accountant from Upwork or Fiverr thta can do that for you, chances are they'll be able to do it quicker than you

@Taimur Ayaz Literrally, there are tons of them in those platforms. Just have your job offer letter ready and publish it and invite the freelancers that have a good profile with good testimonials and good rating, I do these kind of hires very quickly from those platforms whenever necessary. My advise is when searching, hire preferably someone from the USA, who has some good testimonials (90%+ success rate) Invite a few of them and interview each one of them before hiring.

Proof of address
I need an advice. Since Mercury closed my account around 3 months ago, I've been struggling to look for a fintech company (online bank) that I can sign up with. So here's a little context, my brother just got back to our country from his 1 year internship in the US and he do have an SSN and opened a personal bank account with Chase there. Is it okay to just open a different LLC with his name and have his bank statement as a proof of residential address?

First, if you don't mind me asking, why did your account get closed by Mercury? Second, I think this could complicate things, and any unpaid taxes can cause him issues if he ever has to return to the USA. Plus, if your brother is returning or not, there are some banks who accept a signed letter of the homeowner (your brother) stating that you live with him.

What fillings do I have to keep in mind beside annual report filling and Form 5472 and Form 1120 are there any other fillings
Hey, it's almost 1 year since having my single member non resident LLC in Floride faced some challenges but this group was a great help. Since on December I will complete a whole year of me owning the LLC I wanted to ask what fillings do I have to keep in mind and where do I file them and how much would they cost and is there a service that does them all or not. Also what fillings do I have to keep in mind beside annual report filling and Form 5472 and Form 1120 are there any other fillings

You also need the "Boi filing report" I think, it's a one time thing only. But if you do change your company's name or address, or anything related to it, you need to make that filing again
