Today was a struggle. I live with whole body chronic pain and it got set off during the night, waking me up. My gosh today is a high pain day. So, modifications... -I finished all 3 circuits, but only one round. -I couldn't alternate the curtsy lunges, so I stood in place and did 12 on one side, then switched and did 12 on the other. That was extremely hard. But I already know I tend to set off my back if I try to go side to side for each rep. I'm really happy that I still got up and exercised despite feeling like absolute crap π₯² a big part of this challenge for me is about training consistency with the problems I have instead of just not doing anything when I struggle. I really appreciate having a group to check in with...that helped me today.
