Anyone else experiencing ongoing issues with Redtail?
As an hourly financial planner, the functionality of Redtail is paramount to my productivity. However, for over a month, I have been unable to directly email attachments from the platform. Despite multiple attempts to rectify the issue with Redtail, zero progress has been made in resolving this matter. This limitation has become a substantial obstacle in my daily operations, compelling me to resort to cumbersome workarounds. Consequently, valuable time is being wasted, frustration is mounting, and efficiency is compromised. The prolonged duration of this fundamental functionality problem is concerning. It appears that the matter has not received the necessary attention or priority it deserves. I am frustrated beyond words and would like to drop Redtail... but of course, that will only create more issues and cost more time. I am curious if anyone else is experiencing issues with basic functions that are not being addressed by Redtail???

@Diane Spath Thank you for responding. I have the disappearing spouse issue with eMoney as well, but haven't started a ticket on this as my email attachment is much more critical to our operation. Like you, I do not receive updates which in my opinion, implies that they're not working on the issue. Zero attention! I even sent an email directly to Brian McLaughlin, Redtail's founder and former CEO, now the President of Orion Advisor Technology -- three weeks have passed and I can't even receive the courtesy of a reply. It's certainly not the Redtail that it used to be...

@Kevin Stephison Right?!!! I forgot about the recent fee increase... only adding insult to injury. Not only am I spending a minimum of 5 extra hours a week to workaround the issues (costing $1,250/week), our monthly subscription cost increased dramatically as well just to retain our existing features, nevermind the new bells and whistles.
GReminders...
Does anyone have personal experience transitioning to GReminders? I would love some feedback as to what your experience was like with setup, rollout, and what your client & Advisor feedback has been. We have Redtail and are considering GReminders because they integrate with RT and have been approved by our B/D. Thanks in advance!

We have been with ScheduleOnce (Oncehub) for many years now because of its functionality for our purposes. Recently performed a deep dive trial on GReminders to see if it lived up to its claims as we too, use Redtail and want the integration features it offers. We are switching to GReminders: not only does it record the interactions, add the prospect contact data automatically and recognize existing contacts, but the big draw for us is that when a prospect/client schedules a specific type of appointment -- we have a few (i.e. introductory, review, planning/strategy, 15 minute phone call, etc), it can also automatically trigger the associated workflow and activity that aligns with the type of appointment. This saves considerable steps and time for us.

I have used Strikingly.com for many years now... previously had it managed professionally, did the Wordpress thing and Go Daddy at one point.
