🚫 Cancellation Rate of 60%
I am doing local lead gen for a spa that offers fat reduction treatments. I have a super high cancellation rate of 60%. Leads are booking themselves in, then usually postpone the appt and eventually cancel. The thing is: Leads can book appts up to 16 days into the future. Yes this is a no go but people are just busy and it literally didn't work with a 4-5 day booking window. Also the service is 300$+ and they expect some flexibility. I tried keeping the engagement up with emails but this doesn't help. I'm thinking of different ways to reduce cancellations. One idea is to charge something small, like $5, during the booking process. But I feel like that might put people off from booking, and it could also be tricky to manage when appointments are made over the phone. Any help and ideas are appreciated🙏

🌐 Lead gen for clients in same global audience
What do you do in a case where your clients need lead gen, but on a national or even global level? For local lead generation (like for a gym), it's easy to replicate proven strategies across clients. But when your clients target the same broad audience (e.g., the entire USA) with similar offers and services, how do you balance scalability (so you’re not reinventing the wheel for each client) while addressing the challenge of overlapping audiences? The issue is that running the same ads to the same audience for multiple clients can lead to internal competition. At the same time, I need to be able to quickly replicate working systems to scale efficiently. This is a very open question but I appreciate any thoughts or ideas on how to tackle this!

📍Overlapping client audiences - help needed📍
I am doing local lead gen in a specific niche and got a meeting with a prospect tomorrow. Now I realized that his location is overlapping a lot with another one of my clients. Since they sell exactly the same service, this might be problematic. (red = existing client; blue = prospect) My thought: - I can't just copy and paste working creatives, funnel, copy - the new client would get worse results because the area is already served - I am creating competition for myself here. Getting amazing results for one of them will result in worse results for the other one But: - I don't want to turn a potential client down. What are your thoughts and experiences? Need help asap @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell Whats your take?🙏

@Uncle Jimmy Mitchell Thanks a lot Jimmy for taking the time🙏 Like you said, I thought about splitting the area like this. Do you think that trying a different offer might be a way of handling this?
Thoughts on new offers 💭
I want to test a new offer for a local bodyshaping (cryolipolysis) treatment. I have a few ideas and want to hear your thoughts. The current offer is 100€ off plus free anti-cellulite treatment. Normal Price: 249€, reduced price: 149€ (for one body zone). Here are some ideas: 1. 📈Higher price, more value added: change the base price to 450€, advertise a 150€ discount, free extra body zone, free anti-cellulite-treatment. My thoughts: Making use of mere association tendency (Client perceive service as higher quality due to higher price. More expensive = better). A price of 149€ might make prospects think "I surely won't get my dream body for only 149€", so i increase it. Also, more profit and higher quality leads? 2. 🎁Advertising a giveaway of a free bundle of 3 treatments. When the time is up I choose one winner and send second place prices to all other applicants (like a 100€ discount). Happy to hear any thought or suggestions!

@Ethan Broyles Hey Ethan, no I am not showing the regular price in Ads. It is only shown in a dropdown menu at the bottom of the landing page (pretty hidden). The offer is displayed as a 100€ discount with an free bonus treatment on top. With focus on the discount. Headline: "100€ DISCOUNT on your dream body transformation". Also in the ad copy scarcity is included by saying "we only give out 20 discounts".
Client Results Review💰⚡️
I would like to share the results I got for my only client to get some feedback on how I am performing. Its the med spa niche and the average LTV of a customer is 520€ (580$). Last month the client spent 850€ (950$) and I got 37 Leads with a 23€ (26$) CPL. Outbound CTR is about 1,4%, LPC 5,5%. Out of the 37 Lead I got 13 closings. The total calculated ROI (including scheduled future follow up treatments) is 6,5x. The cash-collected-on-fist-appt-ROI (only what they have actually paid yet) is 2,1x. For this month results tanked and I am trying to get them back up. Till now I got a 34€ (38$) CPL, a 3,9x Total ROI and a 0,97x Cash ROI this month. How would you rate these results? Also, is a low or even negative Cash ROI problematic if the Total ROI is still profitable? Thank you!
