All about Advyzon - the best all-in-one
This past week, I've been neck deep in Advyzon trying to learn the ins and outs. Love to start a thread here from current users or those considering switching to Advyzon. What are its pros and cons? @Timothy Bickmore @Terry Herr @Jeff Grimes @Michael Stringer

There's a lot to like about Advyzon. The more people we talk to who have switched, the more it sounds too good to be true! For us, the most important PRO is how easy it is to create performance reports and other customized reports. With Orion, we almost always end up needing their help to fix or create a report. We're looking into Orion's Eclipse Rebalancer at the moment, which may be the only reason we stick with Orion, but TBD. I've heard that Advyzon's Quantum Rebalancer is still working out its kinks, although customer service is very responsive and willing to take action on constructive feedback. It has all the integrations we would need, like MoneyGuidePro, RIA-in-a-Box, Schwab, and Pontera. Billing is simple. The price is a fraction of what we're paying Orion. Overall, it's a simpler platform, which means there's less data points to manipulate than Orion or Tamarac. Depending on the size of your firm and what you're ultimately using it for, less customization can lead to easier adoption. We recently renewed with Orion/Redtail for one more year to give more lead time if we do convert everything to Advyzon. Due to the timing of our Orion contract expiring, it would have been a rushed transition. Hope this is helpful.
