@Sean Reilly aged care has changed a lot since I did it for 4 yrs from 2010. I worked at one facility expected two essential do domestic duties and nurse and on min staffing I burnt out left. There not many great aged care places In Tasmania. I financially can’t afford to move to Melbourne have save up move. Since lived in tas most my life it’s limited. Definitely not want work in hospital here .
