Step by step
โ€œA journey of one thousand miles begins with a single step.โ€ It's so easy to look at the ''thousand miles'' and feel stuck. The same concept applies with building a personal brand. You must take it day by day, and one step at a time. Yes, it's great to have goals, such as hitting your first 10k followers. But this only happens by putting systems in place and taking the right steps every single day. Really take in the content from month 1, it will help set up the foundation to a very successful account.

Patience
Remember that building a personal brand takes a lot of patience and consistency. You can't build a personal brand in 2 weeks. It takes months of putting systems in place. Be in it for the long game, and you will win so big. Feel free to share any of your posts or ideas in the chat. Have a great day everyone!

Let's go beast! How'd the tempo go?
9 days out from race day
I've learned a lot about myself this prep. Truly anything is possible if you put your mind to it. What big goals do you have for the rest of 2024?

Want to get faster?
If you're looking to get faster you need to be doing interval work. This could be 10x 400m, 8 x 800m, or anything that allows you to push close to lactate threshold. Running paces faster than your goal race pace is the best way to have this pace feel more comfortable. For example my race pace is 6:05, which is why I'm doing all sets at around 5:20 pace. If you'd like me to build you a speed workout, please let me know!
