Post Your Breath Hold (Week 48: Nov 25th - Dec 1st)
Post all your Breath Hold Times here! Let's go & double your breath hold! ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ Step 1: Take an inhale, start your stopwatch & hold your breath. Step 2: Post your time here so you can get feedback and points Step 3: Head on over to the Classroom & follow the instructions Already participated last week, or last month? No worries, you can post and do it as much as you want (as a matter of fact, we'd only encourage it ๐Ÿ˜Ž) And if you done the challenge once (or twice), feel free to shake it up a little bit. Do exhale breath holds only for a week, or take it easy and do 1-2 breath holds a day without going for a max. Variety is the spice of life. Get to level 4 in the Leaderboards, and you unlock the Superhuman Lungs training protocol (who doesn't want to have lungs like the Human Dolphin?) Post at least 3 times before the week is over, and you may be the lucky winner of the Breath Hold Mastery course ๐Ÿ˜Ž Also, a warm welcome to all the members that have joined us last week: @Burke Grantham @Deleted @Kwanlada Prempree @Mikkel Engstrรธm @Thomas Brosset @Matt S @Tristan Stowe @Daniel Gallaga @Conner Howell @Serena Fennell @Joanna Rutkowska @Karina Ebhardt @Rebecca Mercurio @้ต ๅ‰ @John Tesla @Stifanos Bitow

Week 4 Day 5 For warm-up I did 25 minutes of square breathing. Then I made a CO2 table: breath hold 1:45, and inhalation time decreased by 15 seconds with each subsequent approach from 1:45 to 0:15 min. I plan to go to the gym for dry training in the afternoon. Have a nice day everyone!

How Long Can YOU Hold Your Breath? (Leaderboards Explained)
Hi there, Polar Bears. How's it chillin'? One of the nifty features of Skool is the leaderboard. You can find it in the top navigation bar of the 7-Day Breath Hold Challenge page (see image). For the biologists and animal lovers among us, you'll understand the animals linked to each level. That's right - the order is based on how long each animal can hold their breath under water. Now, how do you go from a polar bear to a sea turtle? The answer is: sharing & posting quality stuff! Every single time someone likes your post, you get a point. Each level requires a certain amount of points to level up. (click the question mark under your profile picture to see the exact amount) New levels also mean new features! For instance, when you become a Sea Otter, you can message each other (this is mostly to keep those spammy Polar Bears from sending unsolicited ads) If you level up to a Dugong, you can migrate to the Discovery Masterclass, and of course, when you reach the Dolphin level, you can learn how to train Superhuman Lungs. We are still playing around with the rewards for the other levels, as well as winning the weekly/monthly leaderboards. Rewards may be subject to change. The goal of this community that we help each other. So be kind, and give your fellow polar bear a like when you can. We'll be a bale of sea turtles soon enough. So, are you ready to level up? ACTION: Post your current level (and feel free to come back every time you reach a new level).

Hooray! I've reached the Penguin level. But I'm still a little penguin. I'll try to grow. Thanks to everyone for the support!

Today is a special day for me! 1. In 3 weeks I reached the Walrus level. 2. In 3 weeks of training I made my dream come true! I was able to stay underwater in a normal state for 3 minutes. 3. In 3 weeks I became the winner of the "47th week of holding my breath" competition! Thanks to the course organizers for the wonderful training program and to all the chat participants for their support!๐Ÿ™

Today I have difficulty breathing, so I did 25 minutes of square breathing and held my breath for a little over 3 minutes several times. I tried doing the exercises lying down. I liked that when holding my breath after exhaling, the diaphragm is sucked in very well. ะ’ัะตะผ ั…ะพั€ะพัˆะตะณะพ ะฒะพัะบั€ะตัะตะฝัŒั!
