The easiets way to make fitness progress... 😳
Over the last 4 years ive been able to make so many mistakes that I look back on and REALLY wish I hadnt. ‎ But on the brightside, that allows me to help others not make the same mistakes and, in turn, speed up their progress. ‎ If you want to start making progress in the easiest way possible, then find people that know what theyre doing already and just ask them questions. ‎ Whether that is a gymgoes that you know from work or someone you meet online, the best way to catalyze your progress is by learning from the mistakes of other people. ‎ What are you unsure about that you could ask someone in one sentence??

If you want to lose or gain weight, this is super important! 🚨
Your nutrition is a key part of your progress and without good nutrition then any training that you do it pointless. ‎ Eat in a deficit if you are looking to lose weight and if you do for a few weeks then you will start to lose weight. And the opposite is true. ‎ It is literally as easy as that. Whats been the hardest part of your progress so far??
