Oh it's pretty easy. Just keep yourself busy. If you're doing nothing all day on your off days, then it's easy for your mind to think about food. But if you keep your mind busy with some good habits like reading a book, going for a run, exercising in the gym. Or anything that you find fun. Then you're less likely to think about food. This is something that helped me overcome binge eating. I use to binge on ice cream and wafers a lot lol. But yah just keep your mind distracted.
