Competitors taking up brand search campaigns
Hi guys, There is a brand who is a copy cat selling our product and have similar brand name just two letters difference. This month their impression share almost doubled from 35% to now 60%. Can someone help me with how can I solve this.Any advice would be helpful. The recent changes I have done would be I added their keywords as negative because my ads are spending for that and my CPA & CPC is high which is useless to have in my opininon. Recent days few of our existing customers placed an order in their site and come to us to enquire about the progress and then found it's a different brand they placed it
