Anabolic training is designed to promote muscle growth and strength by focusing on intense, resistance based workouts. For me : 1. Dedicate a solid workout and run to all the workouts I’ve done this year 2 . Write out on my whiteboard all the aspirations , habits , goals , mindsets , for the year so it’s visible ! Those will be my main 2 !
