@Lydia Svv wow what you have written is exactly what goes through my 15 year old daughter's head too before a race. For her I think the part about feeling like all her hard work training has been wasted is one of the hardest parts.

Hello I am chloe a 15 year old swimmer I started swimming for a professional team just after covid my biggest knock back is the mental side but im slowly learning ways around it but I was also helping to find some people who relate that's why I joined this group my three best are 50 butterfly 100 breaststroke and 100 freestyle but I'm hoping to make national times this year with the help of this group and the training just keep swimming 🐟

Hi Chloe, my daughter Sophia turns 15 next week and is also hoping to get National times for next year, she's a backstroker but suffers really badly with performance anxiety.
