Hi :) I REALLY love this group so far <3. I am so proud of you and US for how we are getting along, supporting each other, and doing the damn thing. I will be honest... My mental health has not been okay... I have been great with habits, working on "the things" to get myself better and doing the mindset work to shift — but it seems like I still have been struggling more than I'd like to admit. Yesterday, someone was very honest with their observation of me. They had the courage to share their feedback with me to HELP ME... and I am forever grateful because TWO breakthroughs happened for me. Here's what happened: >>> I realized that I need humans. I have been self-isolating and doing "the work" only to fall back into the same mental pattern because I am doing the same things over and over, expecting different results - LITERALLY insane. So, I am making a commitment to LEAVE the damn house, and go TALK to people. >>> She told me I should ask for local mentorship. So, I reached out and asked my mentor and CEO of Pruvit for help. He's always been a great coach and guide but I never was vulnerable and/or admitted that I was struggling. I SHOULD HAVE DONE IT MONTHS AGO! He has coached me yesterday and today, and we are going to work closer together to get some biz solutions in place. He also said I have full use of Pruvit HQ offices to go work with the in-house stuff just to "human" if I want. Point is - if you are struggling — don't be so self-righteous to not SAY SOMETHING. This is something I obviously struggle with — because I don't want to be a bother and I am a boss bitch. I also sometimes don't know what help I actually need.... but if you just say HI I am struggling, that is enough, help will reveal itself. That's why you ask for HELP, for SOLUTIONS, and PERSPECTIVE that you are too in the shit to see. HABIT UPDATE: Nutrition - Cottage Cheese + Blackberries for breakfast (I was STARVING) Movement - I am going to try and get some energy later but if not, I have 2/3 of my weekly standard complete, just need one more before Sunday.

I struggled this weekend. Family gathering camping at parents old place with tons of family. Doet was horrible. Water was poor. Meds were not taken( that was not meant). I did try diet wise but only remembered 3 days of Ketones out of 5. I truly forgot to take morning meds for 3 days and wondered why I was so swollen and up 7 pounds. Lots of noise and extra work is associated with our camping. I had to go into camper at least twice a day to decompress and put up my feet.

June Kick Off + Connect Call
Looking forward to tomorrow's Kick off Call :) I'll see you at 730EST. Here's some questions to consider before our call: What went well last month? What didn't go so well and want improvment on this month? What are your goals? WHY do you want to achieve these goals? What is currently in your way from achieving them? Scale 1-10, How committed are you to these goals? Scale 1-10, How willing are you to get uncomfortable? At the end of June, what would a successful month look like to you? Example: What would you have accomplished? What were your wins? How hard can I push you? What do you need from me in order to ensure we make this happen? ____ Have you seen my trainings on setting non negotiables? I know some of you are avoiding it -- GET ER DONE.
