For me personally in my recovery journey, having a safe non-judgemental space to share my thoughts, feelings, accountability partners or access tools and strategies for managing triggers(unhealed parts of me that need nurturing care). This group can contribute by: actively listening, sharing similar experiences, holding me accountable to my goals This can extend into my personal relationships, to practise clearly expressing my needs for support and asking for help if im struggling. I can also listen more closely to others and respond to their needs in ways that respect both their boundaries and mine welcoming insights around this 💞
