I wanted to share something with you guys. So I’ve had multiple shiny fast cars in my years and man if I could go back and take the amount of money I spent on them and instead invested them into my business venture via advertising or coaching I would probably be a multi multi millionaire by now. Until you make it to at least $250,000 a year, avoid the $70,000 toys on your way up at all costs! Only buy things that will further your business. Invest wisely.

First job is in the books 🤓 This dude had some gnarly red clay staining on his brand new driveway for a home that’s not even finished yet but I was able to make the best of it. Used NMD80 4:1 for most of it with about a five minute dwell time. Thank you Jay for the advice and for sharing your journey over these years, you inspired me to look into pressure washing way back when and I’m finally at a spot in my life where I’m ready to take action.
