41 yr old adult male, 310 lbs, chunky strongman look, been weight training three years consistently & lost about 100 lbs. Been doing muay thai & looking to start grappling as well. Both for self defense & improved fitness. Training routine currently: Push Day (Chest, 3 Delt heads, Triceps, Abs) Back Day (Pullups/Rows, Deadlifts, Shrugs, Neck Pulls, Biceps, Forearms) Leg Day (Squats, Light Jumping DB Squats, Calf Raises, Tibialis Curls, Leg Curls, Abs) 4th Day: Usually Biceps, Triceps, Extensive Forearm Back day has the most exercises. Some days I skip neck pulls & forearm stuff to hit it on my 4th day. Two days heavy bag & striking work One/Two days week interval sledgehammer tire strikes Two/Three days 30 to 55 lb Weight Vest walks about 30 minutes.
