Question for the class

I think I see some creators using proliferation to gain follows and views instead of quality. They seem stuck on 2-300 views and yet have a lot of followers. Looking at their feed it seems like they’ve been posting for ages or at least gave hundreds of videos.

Can you overcome poor performance by just continuously producing and bribing in the views / followers slower ? I thought aiming for quality videos was the idea ?
