How to Master Audio Hooks for Scroll-Stopping Content👇🏻🧵
How to Master Audio Hooks for Scroll-Stopping Content👇🏻🧵 TikTok is a platform where attention spans are tiny. Your first 3-5 seconds are make-or-break. That’s where an audio hook comes in. It grabs attention and makes people want to watch your video. 💥 ____________________________________________ So, what’s the recipe for a great audio hook? - Know your audience. What struggles or pain points do they have? How can you solve them? Speak directly to them, and they’ll feel like the video was made just for them. 🫶 - Use personal proof. Here’s an example for a fitness creator: "Here’s how I went from 90kg to 70kg in 6 months by only walking." Specific, relatable, and trust-building. Your audience will think: "If they did it, so can I!" 🏆 - Test multiple hooks. Don’t rely on one take. Record 3-4 variations: Rephrase it. Add twists. Change the tone. Then, review your options. Better yet, ask someone unbiased: "Would this make you stop scrolling?" 🛑 ____________________________________________ When you edit your video, step into your audience’s shoes: - Does your hook grab attention? 🪝 - Does it clearly address their needs? Pick the best-performing version, and use it to stand out. 🔥 ____________________________________________ What’s YOUR biggest challenge when it comes to creating hooks that stop the scroll? 99% of creators miss this TikTok growth hack: Here’s how to spot patterns and boost your views 👇🏻🧵
99% of creators miss this TikTok growth hack: Here’s how to spot patterns and boost your views 👇🏻🧵 - TikTok is a game of patterns. You need to spot the patterns and spot them early. 👀 The amount of people who post the same content over and over again and get nowhere is astonishing. Don’t be that person! 🚫 - For 3 days, post 2-3 times daily with the same style. 🗓️ Then, for the next 3 days, change it up. 📸 Different editing, hashtags, and sounds. Compare the results. 🆚 - If content style A gets 100-400 views and style B gets 400-900 views, it's clear which one to double down on! 📊 But remember, you need a bigger sample size. Keep testing until you find what works best. 🔍 - You cannot post for two weeks and expect to be the number one followed creator on the app. 🏆 You need to experiment with different styles, hashtags, and sounds until you hit the jackpot. 🎰 - Experiment early, find the patterns, and capitalise on them. 💡 Most creators don’t do this, and that's why they don't see growth. Spot the patterns, adjust, and watch your views soar! 🚀 That’s how you spot patterns and boost your views! 🎯 What’s been your experience with testing content on TikTok? Let’s discuss! 💬

3 Ways To Find Content Ideas (That Target What People Are Looking For!)
TikTok definitely rewards creativity, but sometimes you've just got to find what people are looking for in your niche, and get yourself in front of them. That's the way to almost guarantee views. Using keyword research (a core part of TikTok SEO, which we're currently mapping out a course on), you can do exactly that! Here are the 3 most successful ways to do so: 🔎 Use the TikTok search bar Here's how: 1. Open the app and click on the search bar. 2. Type in a root keyword or topic. 3. Make a note of the autocomplete suggestions that come up. 4. For more, type in your root keyword plus ‘a’ and then work your way through the alphabet, noting down relevant suggestions. 🔎 View TikTok Creative Centre’s keyword insights TikTok has a Creative Center full of advice and tools for businesses and creators, because they want to help us succeed (so they succeed). This includes a Keyword Insights tool that gives us keyword suggestions based on advertising data when we enter a topic/theme. It currently has limited data (and limited helpfulness) but we expect the feature to improve as TikTok observes the rising interest in search optimisation on the platform. Top tip: select the wordcloud function & sort by CTR, it gives much better insights. 🔎 Look at your creator search insights This is arguably the most effective way to find content ideas. Type ‘creator search insights’ into your search bar in the app and you’ll see searches TikTok thinks are relevant to you. Swipe right to explore more topics. This will surface topics that are searched for often. Topics can be sorted by category (like tourism, sports, and science) or For You (topics related to the type of content you create). You can also filter for content gap topics. These topics are searched for often, but aren’t featured in a large number of videos on TikTok (so you can hopefully get a larger share of the views). Do you currently use keyword research in finding content ideas? Fill in the poll to let us know!

How To Use Keywords in TikTok to Get Seen 👇
We've spoken quite a bit over the past few days about how we find the keywords we need to be targeting if we're trying to break into/grow within a particular niche. Now it's time to figure out where to use these keywords so you get the results you're looking for: 1. Description: Use your target keywords in the video’s description. Just keep it natural, don't stuff them in, aim for two or three closely related keywords if you can. 2. Voiceover: Yep, TikTok can tell when you say a keyword in the video’s voiceover (and the text-to-voice function makes it really easy to add one).  3. Animated captions: Videos that reinforce the spoken words with a text overlay tend to do well, and this gets you even more keyword visibility to boost your search potential. 4. Hashtags: Their importance are kind of dying down, but it’s still another place you can pop your target keywords and send a helpful signal to the algorithm. FOR EXAMPLE, if I'm creating about the 10 best Rolex models currently in their catalogue, my keywords would be 'rolex 2024', 'best rolex models', 'rolex'. ⭐ My description could be: These are the 10 best Rolex models in their catalogue in 2024. ⭐ In my voiceover I'd include an intro where I can include these keywords, then as I go throughout the watches I can include 'this is one of the best rolex models because'. ⭐ My animated captions will reinforce what I'm saying in my voiceover, but I'd make my keywords pop in red so they're easier to see. ⭐ Finally, my hashtags would be something like: #roles #bestrolexmodels #rolex2024 and I might even include some names of the models just to give it some extra context. It's important to keep testing how you're applying your keywords so you can see what TikTok is preferring for your niche!

The Best Way to Start a Video Is...
We've talking about all of these points individually, but it's time to bring everything together and tell you how to introduce each video to increase the likelihood of it's success. We'll be adding modules in the courses to the paid community to cover this, but here are the basics: 1. Hooks. Audio, visual, text. These are a non-negotiable, in the first couple of seconds you should have included all three. 2. Address your audience. If people know it's for them, they're more likely to stick around. The earlier you can tell people who the video is for, the better. 3. Get to the point. It shouldn't take 60 seconds for people to understand what the video is about. Within the first 5-10 seconds the overall concept should have been discussed. 4. Give them a reason to stick around. A longer watch time will give the video a higher chance of getting pushed out. Now these are easier said than done, but getting them all done within the first 5-10 seconds is a lot of work. The trick here is to make sure you experiment, and find what works for YOUR style of content. Also, have fun with it. Not everything has to be so direct. You can do all of this without being robotic & reciting line for line what the syllabus for the video will be. 👋 Tomorrow we'll be telling you what's coming on the FREE and the PAID communities next week. If there's anything you guys would like us to discuss in more depth, please let us know! Have a great evening folks.
