When I reflect on the early days of leaving my job in the auto industry, it wasn’t just about taking a leap—it was about believing that leap would land me somewhere better. But security isn’t success. Security kept me in a box, limiting my ability to grow. I realized that my mindset was the key to breaking free. If I didn’t believe I could succeed, I wouldn’t even try.

I made the decision to commit to growth—not just in business, but in every part of my life. Running every day, lifting weights, even embracing failures as lessons. Every step forward wasn’t just about the business; it was about showing myself that I could become better.
