What's good team! We are looking for a new EA for our 6 figure agency and I wanted to see if anyone knew stars?

The person we are looking for is a star, not just anybody and everybody but someone who has an EXEPTIONAL character. And with that, we are obviously looking to pay very well.

We are willing to pay out a referral commission if we get referred the person. This could be any sort of person but preferably someone who has experience in being an EA.
