Troubleshooting | Sending Webhooks
When sending contacts through webhook steps, sometimes you can experience an issue where the contact does not go through successfully; this may be due to a special character being in the name of one of the custom fields... This could be an apostrophe or a '$' or other characters like that.
By going through the workflow that failed to execute properly, you can see which field caused the issue, then track that field down and update it.
