Example of (difficult) user prompt: I want spacious apartment with two rooms. The living room has high roof so I can put the bed on mezzanine. It is ok if it is already has mezzanine. The area between 30 and 40 m2. I want high glass to wall ratio. The glass should face to a playground or sea. Windows of living room is on two sides south and west. It should be on floors between 3 and 5. Focus mainly on properties in places near to new infrastructure projects (metro extension, train, new neighbourhood) and where the value of property is expected to increase.
