Python Environment Setup

Am I the only one who has the HARDEST TIME with setting up a Python env? lol

I'm literally just guessing.. using pip, until it doesnt work, then using pipenv, until it doesn't work..

I really don't know what these things do lol. Sometimes they allow me to install things, sometimes they don't.

Anyone know the easy way to resolve this?

(I use VSCode)
