So now I am completely overwhelmed with the amount of important info that I am missing from Julian. I am trying to keep up with all the YOUTUBE videos which are so valuable. Then I'm trying to follow all the Discord discussion (joined SEO Boardroom) and now there is the AI SEO Success Lab on the Skool platform. There is so much valuable information in so many places that I am panicked trying to keep up. I religiously listen (usually can't daily watch) to the videos. In order to keep up and be able to go back and review what he has said I keep a google doc which has a table where for each video I save (1) a link to the video (2) the date of video (3) youtube description with timestamps (4) list of major software / AI models or systems that he is covering (5) a link to the SOPS that he gives us (6) short purpose of the video like "creating content" or "creating topical maps" (7) and most importantly I use NOTTA which uses AI to create a summary, chapters, Action Items and highlights of the video. I then save a link to that NOTTA analysis in the table so I can quickly go back and see what he did. It is a great product and after much analysis it is the only YOUTUBE summary system that really did a good/complete job.
