landlord backs out
Hello, this is a question more for Valerie but maybe others can answer. I also follow other Airbnb entrepreneurs on Instagram, one of them just made a post about deals with landlords falling through over the past week, he said he had 4 deals lined up and the landlord backed out. he thinks its because of the high competition and others willing to pay more for the apartments. Is this true/ normal?
