I’m working through the process still. Here’s what I made on day one. 1— I want SPEED 🛩️ Timeless masterpiece of engineering, the Concord Jet, swiftly flying above the traffic to arrive at its destination ahead of schedule 2— I want FOCUS 🦈 Elite ocean Apex, the Great White Shark, scanning the environment near and far for it’s next target. Only focused on the prize. Not distracted by things that don’t support the BIGFER WIN. 3— I want TO BE FUN 🐶 a litter of puppies exploring their home and what this wild world is. Having innocent, playful, lighthearted, and joyful adventures that make us all slow down to enjoy the moment. As we spectate their cuteness. That’s that. Got questions for feedback too. Yesterday, I tried getting into the process. Wasn't tapping into the unconscious. Had a lot of fires to put out that I was very heady. Today not so much. Originally I was going to focus on Speed. Being faster and more direct. The challenge yesterday leads me to believe that focus is a priority too. While it's advantageous to make decisions off the top of my head as I do. I could be more productive if I tap into the heart of a matter with more focus too. This is what I'm considering as I go through the process fully today.

I have come up with my own symbols for focus, discipline and freedom from phone addiction. I can feel a gradual decrease in scrolling in the first day itself.
