Hope all is well! A recruiter from a company that you would like to work with sent you an email to schedule an interview. It's more like a screening to see if you would be a good fit for the position that's only requiring 2yrs exp. You did this type of work for 5yrs in the same industry over 10 years ago. Oh and you want to get back into that line of work. How would you address this during an interview?
