Motivating yourself to exercise when sports are over can be a grinddd.
What's the best way? How do I reach my physique goal? What is my goal? What is good for me?
The truth is, we overthink this way too much.
We are used to training to the point of exhaustion which isn't necessary anymore, nor is it healthy.
Take some time to try different training methods.
Some options are: Hybrid, bodybuilding, endurance, HIIT, CrossFit, martial arts, the list goes on...
Find what works for you and fits your life goals. Focus on longevity.
