CrowdStike Root Cause
I'm sure most have heard about all the trouble caused by CrowdStrike releasing a bad agent. Here is the link to the root cause by CrowdStrike https://www.crowdstrike.com/blog/channel-file-291-rca-available/. However at the end of the day they are still probably the best option for endpoint protection out there. The fact that such a small programming mistake, while a bit scary, shows how integrated they are with the operating system and watching everything that could pose a threat on your computer. Love to hear everyone's opinion about what happened and CrowdStrike in general or ask any questions you have.
