Cannot activate bot with Tag

-> I created a new bot

-> set up an active tag

-> created a live chat widget in GHL

-> created a GHL automation based on reply channel - live chat -> add active bot tag

-> checked it 10 times - even reset my Oauth

Bot does not activate

Observations:

-> Workflow is triggered and all steps successful in execution logs

-> Conversation is started in GHL

-> nothing triggers in Assistable

-> no bot activity

Happy to record a video, but this is the stock standard bot set up routine, nothing new.

Any suggestions/help?
