New front end and back end migration push
Mostly done - spent a lot of time with a lot of people doing a lot of things.
Over the past two weeks, our volume double / tripled - which was not accounted for, this has now been accounted for and more scalable measures will be put in over the next few days.
Front end loading / client side calls have been reduced - some accounts were calling over 100-200k calls in the call center tab, that has now been paginated. Same for chat. Some accounts were pulling 10's, 20's of thousands of conversations, that has now been reduced and paginated.
Backend - we are processes about 91,000,000 interactions every 30 days or so now (with about 1.6 million unique API calls a day). Couldn't even fathom this number in my brain after looking into it this week. We now have fail-safes in dedicated env and any partner / vendor relationships we have to accommodate for this volume.
Chat - tag handling got pushed later in the process of the chat interaction to better catch active tags when being added in the initiation workflow.
Tons of work done, being done, and working on.
