Strongest offer to get clients via cold outreach?

I had a private discussion with

over linkedin and I decided to move it into this group because there could be value for a lot of people.

from your experience: what's the strongest offer selling AI automations via cold outreach? How would you difference the offer depending on the company size?

AKA: what's the best offer when you go after small and medium sized businesses and what's the best offer for large enterprises? Especially when you haven't a case study list of 100+ successful recent clients!

I personally thought it would be database reactivation (turning old leads into sales) but I am interested what others are doing.

BTW: I started my first cold email campaign yesterday offering database reactivation via AI and WhatsApp. Let's see how it goes!
