Additional verification of MQL5 account
Hey guys! Sorry, this question is not about development. But who has had this with their account? I received such a message from MQL5 support. I write to them and they do not answer. Does anyone know how long additional verification can takes?
"We need to perform additional verification of your account. This is a standard procedure meant to ensure the security of all MQL5.community members.Currently, no action is required from you. Please wait till the verification is complete. Until then, the ability to withdraw funds is limited."
