Hi all, unfortunately I am in lots of pain today so my call will be cancelled. The call was about self love so I am going to love myself today a bit extra ;)
I am drinking bone broth and doing embodiment exercises to help calm down my nervous system and release the pain.
If you are in stress pain or something similar, listen to your self, what do you need today? Is your planned tasks supporting you and those involved in it or is it best to postpone and be with yourself?
