🙋‍♂️ I'm Jonathan, Leadership Coach, Facilitator, DJ & foodie.

, this is my little intro as one of the facilitators of this beautiful emerging community, hoping for others (🫵 yes, you!) to also post a few lines about themselves so that we can help the coherence and synchronicities to happen.

I have a background in business, and have been on the entrepreneurial path starting award-winning businesses and co-founded a consulting boutique in the field of leadership development where I worked for more than a decade and served thousands of clients.

Three years ago, I escaped city life and left my company to explore the jungle of Costa Rica, where I've spent most of the recent time semi nomadically. I started hosting retreats in sacred sexuality with my partner, and just a few months ago received a calling to a synthesis of my own spiritual path and the leadership work I've been doing.

I realized how in my old company I've been translating and thereby diluting the message that actually wanted to come through, and in that process sacrificed my authenticity to some degree in order to be understood by an environment that wasn't quite ready for all I had to share. My new calling is very explicitly speaking to the planetary awakening that is happening, and directly supporting leaders who feel called to dedicate themselves to the oneness of humanity.

My passion is to guide leaders into a new paradigm of interconnectedness and cocreation in service to life. This is what my current offerings with the Soul Awakened Leadership Circle and my signature program Soul Awakening are all about.
