Introducing myself: breaking the ice ♥️

Hi fam,

I shared a post earlier this week inviting y’all to introduce yourself so I’ll kick things off and break that ice!!

I’m Nicole and I’m a Shadow Integration coach through the Shadow Worker’s Academy and am continually blown away by the growth, support and magic that both participating and guiding this work has brought to my life.

I DJ & Facilitate ecstatic dance in my home town, where I teach shadow integration through organic dance journeys.

One of my gifts is creating safe spaces where people feel free to express themselves authentically, and deepen their connection to self and others.

I have journeyed deeply with psychedelics and plant medicine and am passionate about the integration aspect of these experiences. I love supporting people to use these experiences as catalysts for transformation by helping them embody the wisdom and insights they receive from the Medicine (themselves!).

Having overcome addiction to multiple recreational substances I am also extremely passionate about helping people access expanded states of consciousness and their own innate wisdom, without the need for external things. I do this through a variety of transformational meditations and visualisation processes, as do all the badass coaches from the Shadow Workers Academy!

I’m in love with and deeply grateful for our community here. For a long time I felt alone in my healing & awakening journey. Here I have found true soul family where we celebrate our wins and hold each other through the dark nights.

My advice to newbies - you get out here what you put in! So don’t be shy, introduce yourself, ask questions, engage with one another, talk about what you do, ask for help, share what you’re moving through, you never know who’s reading and needs or has your exact kinda medicine 😉

Now for something fun: I’m offering two free 1-Hour shadow integration coaching sessions for the first TWO members who introduce themselves on the feed!
