Re-Watch The Classic Matches!
Cumnock Boys are the Big Bro Soccer Premier League Champions! What a game we have just witnessed! It was 1-1 with 5 minutes left of the first half when The Beechwood were awarded a penalty! However, Cumnock Keeper Ali, who was Jeff's Player of The Match, pulled off a superb diving save to keep the scores level!
The second half began with Beechwood in full control of the ball and looking like scoring as Cumnock sat deep in their own half.
Then BOOM out of nowhere... two long-range quality shots fired right past Hammy putting the Cumnock Boys ahead.
The Beechwood should have been awarded another penalty but it wasn't given, however, they did manage to pull a goal back.
With the scores at 3-2 and just 4 minutes to go, Cumnock received a yellow card, which meant a man down for 2 minutes! Nail-biting stuff in the stadium as Cumnock tried to run down the clock.
Wild celebrations ensued at the end (check the YouTube Live Video) as Cumnock were crowned Champions and won the £1000 prize! #epic
