Hello,
My name is Mélissa from Courtenay, Vancouver Island, Canada.
My husband and I own CF Constant Conditioning.
I'm way over full-time OnRamp Coach, CF Class Coach, Nutrition Coach, Greeting person in charge of Free Intro and many Admin Jobs as well.
My aspirations are to become a better coach, become a better leader but also find amazing staff and coach less and less and less!! : ))
